License information
To issue and operate a Glide license, The Revolution of Technology LLC processes your email address, license status, plan, subscription status, activation dates, app version and support history. The email address and recoverable license key are encrypted in the license database; lookup values are stored as keyed hashes.
Mac activations
Glide creates a random installation identifier and keeps it in macOS Keychain. The service stores a keyed hash of that identifier, activation tokens and the most recent validation time. It does not use your Mac serial number as the device identifier.
Recordings
The SoloTechDev licensing service does not receive the content of your screen recordings. License requests contain only the information needed to issue, activate and validate access.
Downloads
License emails contain a signed download link associated with the license record. When the download is started, SoloTechDev records the release version, first and most recent download time, and request count. The link does not expose the license key. An internal Telegram notification containing the license email address, plan and release version is sent once per license and release.
Feedback and roadmap
When you use the feedback form, SoloTechDev stores the email address and message so the team can review the submission and reply when useful. Both fields are encrypted in the Glide database. Feedback is private by default. If an idea is accepted for the public roadmap, SoloTechDev writes a separate anonymous title; the sender's email and original message are never published automatically.
Service providers
Cloudflare processes web traffic and security information for solotechdev.com. Resend processes license emails. Telegram processes internal feedback and download notifications sent to the SoloTechDev team. When paid subscriptions begin, Stripe will process payment details; SoloTechDev will retain Stripe references and subscription status, not full card numbers.
Security and abuse prevention
The server may process IP addresses in access logs and stores keyed IP hashes for short-term request limits. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals before protected forms are accepted. These controls reduce automated abuse, spam and unwanted license emails.
Retention and requests
License, download and subscription records are retained while needed to provide access, handle the future paid transition, prevent abuse and support customers. Feedback is retained while it is useful for review, replies and product planning. Short-term rate-limit events are routinely removed. To request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected]. Some records may be retained where required for security, disputes or accounting.
